2. Bids which must be submitted by interested parties in sealed envelopes bearing companies full addresses including phone nos must reach the mission on or before the 28 of November 2024. Thereafter all parties who have indicated interest are expected to be present on the 28* of November 2024 when bids shall be opened.

3. Please note that validity period of this notice is for Fifteen (15) days with effect from the date of this notice. Bids/tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders that same day and bidders will sign mission’s register as proof of their presence in the exercise.
